Financial Responsibility

Aspen Ridge Home residents must pay rent each month. Monthly rent is $500. There is an Intake Fee of $50. Residents must pay rent on time, but they do not have to pay first and last month’s rent. Utilities are included in your rent. If we feel any resident is taking advantage of utilities, we will have a sit down.

Therapy sessions are not part of the daily operations of Aspen Ridge Home. This helps keep costs low. Additionally, we do our best to ensure that residents can afford to live at Aspen Ridge Home so those who desire to stay sober are able to do so in a safe environment.

Rent is due by the first of each month. It can be paid on a weekly basis. Fees are payable in cash, money order, credit or debit cards featuring either the Visa or Mastercard logo. We cannot accept personal checks.

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY: In accordance with industry standards, Aspen Ridge Home does not provide refunds for any matter involving a client’s discharge, willfully or non-willfully. Examples of this instance include but are not limited to: a client violates a rule and is required to leave the residence, the client chooses to leave prior to having lived out his already paid time, or a prospective client pays initial payments but ultimately decides not to move in. In some cases, however, we may offer some level of credit for a future stay. These instances are assessed on a case by case basis.
